Customer Guidelines
Booking Process:
- Liaise effectively with Naari Tours and Travels to coordinate transportation arrangements.
- Provide accurate details regarding the number of passengers, pickup/drop-off locations, and any specific requirements.
Arrival on Time:
- Please arrive at the designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a prompt departure.
Payment and Cancellation:
- Adhere to the payment terms and conditions specified by Naari Tours and Travels.
- Notify promptly in case of any changes or cancellations to the booking.
Behaviour and Conduct:
- Treat the staff and chauffeurs of Naari Tours and Travels with respect and courtesy.
- Refrain from engaging in any behaviour that may compromise the safety or comfort of others.
- Please be mindful of other passengers and keep your speaking volume at a considerate level to avoid disturbing others.
Cleanliness and Care
- Maintain cleanliness inside the vehicles and refrain from littering or causing any damage.
- Any additional cleaning required due to negligence or mess caused by passengers will incur additional charges, which will be borne by the respective passenger(s)
- Handle amenities and facilities with care to ensure they remain in good condition for all passengers.
Safety and Compliance
- Follow safety instructions provided by the chauffeurs and abide by seatbelt regulations
- Standing while vehicle is in Motion is strictly prohibited.
- Adhere to local laws and regulations during the journey, including restrictions on smoking and alcohol consumption.
Boarding & Seating
- We prioritize the safety and comfort of female passengers. Kindly respect their preference for seating arrangements.
- Please be mindful of your co-passengers and your personal space. Using seat sliders present on aisle can help create more space and comfort for you and co-passengers.
Luggage
- Utilize the overhead rack and space under the seat to store your luggage safely and securely during the journey.
- Before disembarking, ensure that you have collected all your belongings to avoid leaving any personal items behind.
We love pets but not on the Vehicle
- For the comfort and safety of all passengers, pets are not permitted on board our Vehicles.
Feedback and Communication
- Provide constructive feedback after the journey to help Naari Tours and Travels improve their services.
- Communicate any concerns or issues promptly to the customer service team for resolution.
Insurance
- All the guests travelling with Naari Tours & Travels must possess a valid Travel Insurance. It shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger/guest to hold valid travel insurance. We recommend all guests to buy medical insurance which covers hospitalization and other medical expenses.
